Most runners run not because they want to live longer but because they want to live life to the fullest and I'm here to do just that. Running Talk serves as a vessel to explore my passions, share what inspires me, talk some running science and potentially be a place to ramble. I'm an athletics coach, sport and exercise science graduate and someone that loves feeling worn-out, achy and in pain at the end of a long run.
